Founder and President, Erin Murray Having worked her way up through the trenches of corporate and healthcare recruiting, Erin’s mission for JMH, is to act as a partner to her clients to help them effectively recruit the best possible candidates, and in turn, retain long-term employees. Instead of funneling resumes to clients, JMH recruiters act as a true extension of the client’s team.
Prior to JMH, Erin worked for Kenexa, a full service firm specializing in both talent acquisition and employee management solutions. She served as a manager of healthcare recruiting, and was moved to manage the Denver-metro area. Erin’s entrepreneurial spirit and desire to infuse her own partnership style into the recruiting process allowed her to start JMH in the winter of 2000. JMH now boasts as its clients some of the largest and most respected hospital systems in the country.
Our Recruitment Team
Mary Sheila Murray brings five years of healthcare industry specific recruitment experience to JMH. Mary has experience working side by side with several of our clients in a partnership fashion. She has assisted on projects leading the new graduate nurse recruitment, CNA, and RN recruitment. In addition, Mary has experience working on fast paced, challenging projects that require immediate attention and results. Denise Nethery has over 15 years of Talent Acquisition Management. She has worked both on and off site for JMH’s clients since late 2007. Her expertise is in both Allied and Nursing professionals, primarily in “Hard to Fill” positions. She has great expertise in developing client relationships and sourcing qualified candidates resulting in satisfaction for both the employee and the client. She has successfully managed large projects in both Allied Health and Nursing.
Shanda Briddell has eleven years of recruitment experience that includes seven years working exclusively in healthcare. She started her career as a recruiter for a nation-wide at –risk youth organization hiring social workers, teachers, nurses, licensed counselors, among others. Later, she joined Kenexa as a Staff Recruiter and was soon promoted to Sr. Project Manager, managing several clients and overseeing a team of associates. Shanda met Erin Murray at Kenexa and decided to join JMH as full-time staffing consultant in 2004. She now works with JMH as a contract consultant with JMH.
Fatima Logsdon started with JMH in January of 2008. She came to JMH with five years of recruitment experience within the healthcare and education sectors. She is responsible for heading up JMH's team of sourcers and seeking out potential candidates for our clients. In addition to this role, Fatima handles many other administrative responsibilities for JMH including marketing and credentialing.
